Veterans encounter various problems when they retire, especially with losing their identity and not knowing what to do next. In this episode, Sterling is joined by Eric Upchurch, whose passion for his purpose emanates and affects everyone he encounters. Eric shares that syndicating and scaling are his ways of fulfilling his passion and pursuit of reaching and serving the veteran community by helping them transition and giving them something to move on to. His determination is propelled by the memory and pride of those who’ve gone before him who loved to fight, fought to win, and would rather die than quit. He believes that real estate is something one can move to after retirement. There’s more to explain Eric’s passion and purpose, so tune in and enjoy!
