Devon is a scientist and engineer in healthcare with over 15 years of experience, and he possesses a unique talent for helping leading institutions grow at their maximum potential. He has worked for several transformative organizations in his career, including at MedStar Health, the leading healthcare provider in Maryland, where he served as the Corporate Director of Performance Transformation. He also served as the manager of Performance Excellence at Stanford University Health Care, which is part of the adult health care delivery system of Stanford Medicine.

At VitaNav, Inc, which Devon founded with partner, Peter Bayne in 2018, they developed Kenetik as the result of years of research and experimentation in harnessing the power of ketones. As a crossfit athlete of 10 years’ experience, he had firsthand experience with rigorous exercise and recovery. Vita-Nav developed Kenetik to address some of these challenges.

Devon has earned his MBA from the Sloan School of Management, Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He also earned an M.S. in Systems Engineering from MIT and his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, at the University of California at Berkeley.
