227 // Do you have a WORD for 2023? I’m sharing mine...sort of.

A few years ago I heard the idea of a word for the year as opposed to resolutions.  I've never really been good at the whole "resolution" thing...so the idea of simplifying it down to a word sounded like a GREAT idea!

I've been struggling with finding just the "right" word or words for this year...but I'm gonna share all of that with you in today's episode!!
