I am so excited to have my friend Vicki Hixson on the show. She is one of the most passionate people I have met. 

Vicki has been a law enforcement officer in Arizona for over 25 years and has also managed first responder peer support programs since 2013. Vicki is passionate about assisting public safety agencies in creating comprehensive wellness programs and supporting first responders and their families. As the owner of Critical Incident Consulting, LLC, she provides customized solutions, training, employee care plans, and creative wellness programs to agencies nationally while recognizing the needs of both the employees and the agencies. She is also a co-creator and co-host of the Ride Along Chronicles podcast; a social podcast focusing on the unique challenges of first responder families told through confidential storytelling. She has been married to her law enforcement officer husband for over 25 years and together they raised three children
