In 1967, with racial tensions already rising, Cincinnati Ohio was in the grips of a serial killer stalking black women. After one particularly brutal murder, Posteal Laskey, was arrested and dubbed the Cincinnati Strangler, tried in court for one, but tried in the court of public opinion for the rest. Was he the actual strangler, or was he himself a victim of the racism plaguing the city and the rest of the country. Warning, this is a tough one.
