E278 - To split the lane or not, that is the question

Have you heard of motorcycle lane splitting? Where a motorcycle rider can ride down the striped line on a freeway between cars in slow and go traffic. It’s legal in a small handful of states and one legislator from Colorado wants to make it legal here. I speak with Republican State Legislator Ron Weinberg who introduced a bill that would require the state DOT and state patrol to do a feasibility study permitting the practice of lane splitting.
