Grace Yu is the creator of Stop Drop And Dance, an easy-to-follow cardio dance workout that is choreographed to favorite pop and hip-hop songs and emphasizes community, health, and joy. Grace is also a TRX and ACE Certified Fitness Instructor and a 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher. Grace's philosophy is to learn to grow through every obstacle, find love in every imperfection, and appreciate every breath.
