Why did St Teresa of Calcutta want her to be a missionary sister in India?
Growing up in an Albanian family with a devout mother, Mother Teresa first thought about being a sister at the age of 12. This passed out of her mind for six years. At the age of 18, the call returned. She wanted to go to Bengal. She wanted to bring the light of Christ to those in the darkness of unbelief. She wanted all to know Him whom her heart so loved.
