Full interview with world champion powerlifter Heather Connor! Heather is the 47kg queen, she very likely would have won 4 world championships if it weren’t for world events preventing her from making it to worlds in 2020 and 2021. At the time of recording, Heather was 9 days out from competing at Powerlifting America Nationals held on February 24, 2023.
