In today's show, I share 10 things that happen when you disconnect from a narcissist. Narcissists take you through an abusive cycle of love-bombing, devaluation, discarding, and hoovering. When you figure out who and what you're dealing with, and remove yourself from the situation, it triggers a traumatic response in the narcissist. Simultaneously, it sets you up to start healing from the abuse.
