'OneB' is a large HMO development in Stoke on Trent which after a year in Planning has now been granted approval and ready for conversion.

In this episode, Amanda shares how a fortuitous meeting with an Electrian, led to negotiations on this beautiful building followed by a lengthy planning application and eventually completing on the building.
