Today it is time for What Time Is It with me, your host John C Morley. And no I don’t mean the time of the day. I mean the time of your life or the time or your actual goal.

Say you have a goal in your life to learn a new skill or lose weight. I want to ask you, did you just start today? Have you turned it into a mental habit to do it? If not, it's time to start. You see, I ask because nothing happens on it’s own and if you want these changes in your life to actually take effect you have to get up and get started. So it’s time to make the decision to get motivated and work towards your goal.
