   1. (10 min.) JFK CAPT Honors: Member(s) of JFK CAPT will present highlights of their work and discuss current

      and anticipated volunteer opportunities.

   2. (10 min.) School Resource Officer (SRO) Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) (VOTE): Superintendent

      Folan will share the updated SRO MOU for a possible vote of approval.

   3. (5 min.) Nurse Substitute Pay (VOTE): Mr. Marshall will present a proposal for a rate change to the nursing

      substitute pay.

   4. (15 min.) Policies DKC and DO: Superintendent Folan and members of the policy subcommittee will discuss

      policies DKC and DO.

   5. (15 min.) DESE Report Cards: Superintendent Folan will share information about the DESE School & District

      Report Cards.

   6. (5 min.) MSBA Update: Superintendent Folan will provide an MSBA Update.

   7. (10 min.) Long-Term Strategic Planning Update: Superintendent Folan will provide a long-term strategic

      planning update.
