Pressure is a real thing. It creates stress and can be debilitating. It can cause you to stray from your authentic vision, your core self. I am no stranger to the feelings of pressure, most of which I invent for myself, nonetheless the feelings that come with pressure can cause us to spiral and make it difficult for us to create aligned action to move us through it.
