Georgien wird wegen seiner Weigerung, eine "zweite Front" gegen Russland zu eröffnen, zum Ziel eines Regimewechsels. Der Westen will Premierminister Irakli Gharibaschwili für seine pragmatische Weigerung bestrafen, auch weil er versprochen hatte, Kiew niemals zu bewaffnen.
