Fantastic chat with Missy Dutto who shared her journey from a daddy’s girl who grew up doing paint and body with her father for as long as she can remember (and probably earlier!) to where she is now as the only mechanic at the water company she works for, and as an instructor at the same school she graduated from. Well, the second school. She went to Wyo Tech for collision and upholstery and the Skyline College for automotive. Missy was candid about her experiences, both the good and the bad. And incredibly honest and humble in admitting what, I believe, is true for so many of us - that it is not having confidence in ourselves that so often is the biggest thing holding us back.
