Tom Cronin, founder of the Stillness Project, talks about his thoughts on enlightenment, the success of his film and book, “The Portal”, and his plans for future retreats. Tom shares his perspective on enlightenment, emphasizing the importance of exploring the embodiment of spirituality and
enlightenment. He also discusses the changes in his life since his last appearance on the podcast back in 2021, including his focus on mentoring and coaching conscious leaders and training meditation teachers.
We also talked about microdosing and plant medicines. Tom explained that in Australia, they are still illegal and have class A drug status, which is interesting considering their potential role in supporting human experience. While Tom does not personally use plant medicines, he acknowledges their powerful and significant role in spiritual exploration.
Tom shared that he loves teaching meditation, running retreats, speaking, and mentoring people to help them solve problems and progress forward in their lives. He explained that he simplified his business model by focusing on what he loves and is good at, rather than what advisors and mentors told him to do.
