Today I am fortunate to welcome Dr Paul Dallaghan to the podcast. Paul has devoted the last 3 decades to developing expertise in the field of breath, mind/body lifestyle. He has a specialised background that ranges from advanced practictioner to accomplished academic scholar whilst also being an accomplished entrepreneur. He has also been acknowledged in the yoga tradition with a unique title that translates to "expert in breath". During this episode we dive into Paul's vast amount of experience, PHD studies, the science behind breathing and analysing popular methods that are practiced around the world today.
