Effect on Emotions

• Focusing on what you need and what will help you be the best version of yourself, whether that is, I need to go to the gym more and get physically fit, or I need to take a walk. Maybe I need to do something that I enjoy like watching a movie or building a lego set, or traveling. It's focusing on what you need and that will help you be more successful.

Thoughts on Breathing

• I can now realize when I am in a state of stress or anxiety. That is when I can do what I need to do to get out of that. I don't necessarily use breathing techniques. I just realize what anxiety or stress looks like for me and then I do things to delete the stress.

Bullying Story

• I didn't experience much bullying; it was more just teasing or having passive-aggressive friendships that always happened within my friend group. We were always picking on each other.
• There were points when I looked back and felt bad that I had said that. I didn't really think about it that way until I got out of college and had matured and had a better mindset on my past. People knew what buttons they could push with me.
