In the final days before London 2023, I ask the greatest of all time what she learned from her first marathon. The answer I get might surprise you. Sonia famously ran and won Dublin on a whim for her first race after the 2000 Olympics. My final long run was an opportunity to gather some listeners training for Connemara, Boston and London.
