Tartumme jaksossa kodin ja koulun yhteistyöhön niin vanhemman kuin opettajankin näkökulmasta. Mitä me toivomme omien lastemme opettajilta? (Spoiler alert: ainakin lukuläksyjä! Paljon!) Opettajina kannustamme koteja lukemaan yhdessä lasten ja nuorten kanssa. Voisiko vanhempi ryhtyä lapsen lukuvalmentajaksi? Tai voisiko äiti, isä tai muu tärkeä aikuinen lukea saman kirjan kuin nuori? Lasten ja nuorten lukutaidon tukemiseen pätee vanha kunnon sananlasku: koko kylä kasvattaa lukutaitoa. Meitä kaikkia aikuisia tarvitaan.
