Inside the Fishing Industry: From Z-Man to Missile Baits - Alex Watts Shares His Journey

This week on The OneCast Ben and Pete talk with Alex Watts of Missile Baits.  Alex is Missile Baits Inventory Specialist, but as if often the case in fishing wears several hats.  Alex has worked in the industry for the last 5 years with Missile and also with Z-Man in a customer service role.  

Alex talks about how he broke into the industry, what he does daily, the challenges he faces, and how rewarding it is to work in a field your passionate about.  

We then shift to Alexs' fishing in the BASS Opens as a co-angler.  Alex talks about the mental aspect and few other keys to success as a co-angler.
