Dean has been productively loitering around the School of Justice for years now! He's one of those guys that I have hear excellent things about but have never really sat down and had a chat with. We fixed that recently and want to share it with you. Dean has another unique career trajectory that has resulted in  a whole lot of really great advice on figuring out where you might fit.
