Part 1 - Jonelle-Alexis Jackson, public information officer with the Virgin Islands Fire and Emergency Medical Services (VIFEMS), informs the public about "EMS Week," observed May 21st –27th, and the territory-wide burn ban. The ban applies to all open fires, including campfires, bonfires, trash, yard debris, or brush burning, until further notice.

The Virgin Islands Waste Management Authority is keeping the public informed about the Christiansted Sewer Line System Replacement and Manhole Rehabilitation project. Ronald Phillips, a staff engineer, gives updates on contractor selection, project schedule, funding sources, and the estimated project cost.
