Kathryn is a Pharmacist and Business Leader who shares her own personal story of first finding stillness after experiencing burnout. What started as learning about mindfulness and meditation has evolved into a practice today which includes morning stillness through meditation and regular times of rest throughout the day to reduce anxiety and stay connected to her purpose.
