Estranged from your adult children: Maybe it’s not you?

Did you know 65% of Americans are estranged from their child and or family of origin? What if this has nothing to do with you? No trauma or dysfunction, just a child that has cut you out of their lives. This is a very hard place to be, it’s like a death without a funeral. Estrangement is very complicated and not an easy fix. Today we will explore how to understand your place in this dynamic and what you should and shouldn’t do to heal. I relay my own story of healing in my family.
