Welcome to the Wednesday edition of “It’s Another Day”. This should be one of today’s biggest stories but no one is talking about it. Someone stole 30 tons…60,000 pounds…of ammonium nitrate, from a railcar headed for California. The robbery went undetected for two weeks so the thieve have quite a head start. That was the same chemical that was used to bring down the Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City in 1995. The difference is they only used 2000 pounds of the explosive chemical back then.
