On Thursday afternoon Niall Boylan spoke to Edel Walsh, owner of Eden Art Studio about how tattoo artists want to be able to open their shops earlier than scheduled on the roadmap. They are due to open in August but tattoo artists say they are well equipped to deal with covid 19 safety protocols as they have been working with PPE and high hygiene policies long before the virus
