Mike DeHaan is an accomplished off-market real estate investor (wholesaler) and the host of the Collecting Keys Podcast. He made a bold transition from his corporate job to pursue full-time real estate investing at the beginning of January 2020. After leaving his corporate job in January 2018, Mike spent over two years exploring various options until he stumbled upon real estate. In 2019, he began flipping houses and experienced success with several projects. The following year proved to be a breakthrough for Mike, as he achieved a remarkable milestone with his first $100k month in October 2020. Building on this success, Mike's business generated almost $2M in net profit in 2021, propelling him to pursue bigger opportunities.

Drawing from his experience, Mike identified an unmet need among fellow investors at entrepreneur masterminds. Many expressed interest in wholesaling but preferred not to handle the operational work. seizing this opportunity, Mike launched his operation in partnership with these investors, providing a marketing and sales team that can be hired on their behalf. This unique approach goes beyond a typical mastermind, allowing partners to cover the costs and leverage the expertise of Mike's team, while offering the potential for substantial profits.

Currently, Mike is actively helping partners close deals in 15 markets. His innovative marketing and sales teams have contributed to the growth of his own real estate portfolio, which now exceeds $11M. Remarkably, he has only $400k of cash tied up in the portfolio, demonstrating his strategic approach to investing.
