6. Unfinished Business

   1. (20 min.) Human Resource Restructuring Recommendations: Superintendent Folan will discuss the proposed Human Resources Restructuring implementation plan.

   2. (5 min.) DEI Solidarity Statements (1st Read): The School Committee will share a first read of the solidarity statements against racism and discrimination in all its forms.

   3. (15 min.) District Goal Update: Assistant Superintendent Shannon will provide an update on Priority #3, Goal #2 pertaining to creating a shared vision for high-quality curriculum planning, instruction and assessment across the District.

7. New Business

   1. (45 min.) Strategic Plan: Superintendent Folan and members of the Teaching and Learning Alliance (TLA) will discuss the Strategic Long-Term Planning process that will fully engage all stakeholders to shape the mission, vision, and values and sets multi-year goals.

   2. (40 min) CHS and GMS End-of-Year School Improvement Plans (SIPs): Principals will share their end-of-year SIPs.

   3. (5 min.) MSBA Update: Superintendent Folan will provide an MSBA update.

   4. (40 min.) Summative Evaluation: Members of the School Committee will share the

      Superintendent’s Summative Evaluation.
