Tim Vaughan is a respected figure amongst high growth tech companies, known for his innovative approach and passionate commitment to build world-class companies.

Tim is the former Head of Education Perfect, a New Zealand based EdTech platform. He was a founding member of the team who came up with the vision and technology to transform the way students learn and enable teachers to use data and insights to be more effective in their practice. Under his leadership, the platform has expanded to over 25 countries, with more than 1M students using the platform and to an eventual exit to KKR in 2021 for $445 million.

Today Tim leads the growth as CEO at Revision Village, a learning platform used by 70% of International Baccalaureate students globally, alongside sitting on the executive team at Crimson Education.
