Lower back pain, dyspareunia, variable bowel symptoms, pelvic masses or ureteral compression have also been encountered.
In patients with ovarian cancer developing in ovarian remnants, the most common presenting symptom is severe, persistent pain.
In 3 patients, the presenting sign is a pelvic mass found incidentally during routine check-up.
