Day 218: Zephaniah 1-3

Today on Meditating the Word, Judgment on the Whole Earth in the Day of the Lord, Judah and Jerusalem Judged Along with the Nations, and the Restoration of Israel's Remnant. 

This is Day 218. Today we are reading The Book of Zephaniah.

Father God, we know that the word of Zephaniah were spoken to the children of Judah and the children of Israel. But we also know that You are no respecter of persons, and what You have done for one, You will do for another. So Father, we lay claim to the promises spoken by the prophet Zephaniah. We will not be arrogant, but we will humble ourselves before you. We will not do iniquity nor speak lies. We will lie down in peace and not be afraid. We will sing and shout in joy and gladness. You have taken away our judgments. You are with us and You are mighty to save. You rejoice over us with joy and singing. You give us praise and honor among men and You restore our fortunes that the enemy has taken. Thank You, Father. Amen
