A weekly program produced by the Catholic Diocese of Harrisburg, Pa.
SHOW DESCRIPTION:
Lectio Divina, or divine reading, is defined as a traditional monastic practice of scriptural reading, meditation and prayer intended to promote communion with God and to increase the knowledge of God's word that's not just reserved for the spiritually elite. Today we're joined via zoom by the incomparable Father Jonathan Sawicki, the new pastor of St Theresa of the Infant Jesus Church in New Cumberland, to unpack and uncomplicate this powerful form of prayer.
