En søndag kveld i november 2021 ringte telefonen til et bystyremedlem fra Bompengepartiet. Hva skulle han ha for å gå på do under avstemningen om bybanetraséen til Åsane?

I denne episoden avslører vi et lydopptak av telefonsamtalen, der daværende byrådsleder Roger Valhammer prøver å bestikke bystyrerepresentanten.

Til tross for at det i bystyret var flertall for bybane i tunnel, ble dette snudd i løpet av noen få, hektiske dager.
