#280. Byron Field on injury prevention and rehab

In today’s episode, we welcome Byron Field to talk about injury prevention, rugby controversies for the safety of players, and culture and rehab.

 

Byron Field is the Head of Performance at the ACT Brumbies and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the podcast having developed in both medical and sports science-driven roles. Byron Field possesses the expertise to facilitate the rehabilitation of players returning from injury whilst equipped with the knowledge to enhance their performance on the field. He has dedicated his entire career to the world of rugby. Armed with a master’s degree in Physiotherapy and another in Strength and Conditioning, Byron possesses a deep understanding of the physical demands of the sport and the strategies to optimise performance.
