Her passion for high-quality development inspired her to develop other Coaches, Human Resources and L&D Professionals in the specialism. Following 2 years organising and hosting local development events for the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development, she founded The Progress Place in 2020, with over 2300 global members. A community to develop yourself to develop others.
