OYEZ OYEZ OYEZ! It's October, which means the Supreme Court is back in session and the Rebeccas are digging into some of the history of the Court this month.

Listen about his interesting life, his many controversies, and how he almost single-handedly saved the C&O Canal from turning into a parkway!
