E12.- Finding Your ’Ikigai’ (Passion)

This episode is about Finding your Ikigai! That means “a reason for being, or a sense of purpose" in Japanese and other parts of the Blue Zone regions. So we talked about Ketty's excellent proposition for turning Haiti into a Blue Zone. We shared the pros and cons of this idea.

There are a lot of problems around the world. Unfortunately the mainstream media, in our opinion, do not focus on the good stuff, like what the helpers are doing, instead of making the haters behave worse by giving them attention.

So, that is why I encourage in this episode everyone to follow Buettner Power's nine simple tips, like living with a purpose and knowing why we wake up in the morning, loving our families, finding our place in our communities,  and hanging out with those who mean well. If our kids grow up with these values, the world may become a nicer place.
