Mental health impacts us at every stage and in every aspect of our lives...from early childhood through adolescence to adulthood, and it includes our emotional, psychological, behavioral, and social wellbeing.

As a community, we have the responsibility to advocate on behalf of others who many be experiencing hardship, providing genuine care, understanding, support, and encouragement, as well as resources, when needed. As a community, we have the ability to drastically impact the negative effects of the mental health crisis facing our society today.
