Anna Schäffer aus Mindelstetten ist die "jüngste" Heilige des Bistums Regensburg. Am 21. Oktober 2012 sprach sie Papst Benedikt XVI. in Rom heilig. Anna Schäffer wurde 1882 in Mindelstetten geboren, arbeitete viel und nahm unterschiedliche Stellen an.

Die heilige Anna Schäffer wird im Bistum Regensburg, wo sich ihr Grab befindet, stark verehrt.
