Pierz Pioneers vs HLWW Lakers Football 2023

The Pioneers played their most complete game in a Week 8 win over the Lakers by a score of 20-8.  Reese Young got the game off to an electric start with a 84 yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Liam Hennessy had his best rushing game of his career, gaining 134 yards on 15 carries and a touchdown.  Nick Woitalla scored his first career Varsity touchdown with a 21 yard burst in the 4th quarter with Max Barclay adding the 2-point conversion run for the final points of the game.
