I denne podcast taler vi igen med Marianne Ihle fra virksomheden MINI A TURE om de udfordringer, de har mødt på deres vej igennem deres certificeringsprocesser. Vi taler om vigtigheden af sætte sig ind i en certificering og forstå reglerne bag, så man ikke ender i en shitstorm. Om hvad det kræver af medarbejderne, og hvorfor det er så vigtigt at involvere alle medarbejdere.
