Later we get into the stigma of caring for your mental health and how more attention is being brought to keep your mind healthy and opposed to in the past. Phyllis then discusses her two books The Fire & Light In The Darkness and the journey it took to write them and also the time being spent on her next literary endeavor America In Therapy. Wrapping up Dr E and M-16 play "One Gotta Go" fruit edition with Phyllis to see which fruit on the list gotta go.
