On Wednesday November 15th there will be a candlelight vigil in memory of those lost to drug overdose on the steps of the Victorian Parliament. It begins at 6pm and organisers have asked that a battery-operated candle be brought with a photo of a loved one lost to overdose. The Victorian State Coroner Judge John Cain has reported that 2022 was Victoria’s worst year for overdose deaths in a decade.
