160. How does spitefulness show up in your relationship?

Anna's started paddling in Athens, so far she's not attracted the emergency or law enforcement officers but she had had men offering to carry her board. We are saying nothing! Sara's been enjoying pick and mix at the cinema and her love affair with food.

Ouch, are you ready for this? There are more ways than you think to be spiteful in your relationship, they might not be obvious to start with but listen further to see if you are being unconsciously spiteful. 

 

Question: "My partner and I seem to disagree on everything lately. How can we work through conflicts and disagreements in a healthy way, and prevent them from causing bigger problems down the road?"

The thing you think you're arguing about is never the thing. It's harder often to get below the daily arguments and bickering to uncover what's happening.
