94. The Truth About Confidence & Worthiness and How it Shows Up in Business

I know many of you may see this title and I think that you have all the confidence you need to run your business. But the reality is that sometimes our minds are telling us a story that we want to hear while our subconscious mind or the background noise is contradicting it.

So today I’m challenging you to break free from what that background noise is telling you and really dive into confidence. Because I will tell you that someone who has pure Confidence is not going to be hung up on imposter syndrome very long.

Yes, they may experience it briefly, but they will not be bogged down with feeling inadequate day after day when their confidence is where it needs to be. So what impacts our confidence? This is a very simple answer and that is all of the things that we think about our self, being worthy, deserving, and likable.

If you feel like any of these are thoughts that you struggle with, the chances are that your clients, your friends, and your family have noticed the struggle as well. It comes off as an energetic roadblock. But this is not to make you feel inadequate. The truth is that this is absolutely fixable. I find it to be very incredibly empowering to be able to look at the real issue underneath imposter syndrome and take it on. 

So let's empower ourselves through self love and confidence.
