They Hear It

Welcome to the show!

Today I'm talking about the sounds that your ideal client or team or family hears and processes in their subconscious.  They can't unhear the microscopic sounds, the subtle nuances of you trying to cover something up or avoid a topic.  They make decisions based on those sounds and this is why technique won't work.

In today's episode I talk about how we have to shift the entire foundation of where we are working from because the old school ways won't work anymore, not that I think they ever did. 

We need to approach voice from the perspective of a paradigm shift, a shift of where we are working from completely.  We need to unlayer, not add more on that will cover up our ability to connect, our ability to be authentic.
