I denne episoden får du møte Trude Thuv-Slettli og Seline Eskedal Amundsen som har erfaring med opplæring i kombinasjonsforsøket. Her får deltakerne opplæring på nivået under videregående og på videregående nivå samtidig. I tillegg lærer deltakerne norsk og får opplæring ute i bedrift.
I podkasten skisseres elementene som utgjør «laget rundt deltakeren» (opplæringskontor, karrieresenter, arbeidslivet, skolen, FK, kommunen).
Slik det er beskrevet av lærerne som har jobbet med kombinasjonsløpet, er det nødvendig at opplæringsplanen er «levende».
