 we're thrilled to have Rob Jackson, a seasoned Information Technology leader with over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry. Rob is a passionate technologist, a team player, and a skilled communicator, always seeking new ways to enhance his expertise.
Rob's journey in the healthcare IT domain began in 1999, tackling the challenges of Y2K support. Over the years, he's held various positions, including Product Manager, Product Owner, and Director of Clinical Data and Technology, gaining a deep understanding of the healthcare landscape and its technological advancements.
Rob's expertise extends to agile methodologies, having earned certifications as a Scrum Master and Safe Product Owner/Product Manager. He's currently serving as a Product Owner/Product Manager at a Hospice/Palliative EHR software company, applying his skills and experience to deliver innovative solutions that improve patient care.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Rob is a devoted husband to his wife Christy of 22 years, and a loving cat dad to their furry companion, Penny.
